Sounds like that student at Johns Hopkins University was one with the sword...God Bless em.

Am I the only one who loves this story about the college kid who killed a degenerate career criminal who was crawling around in his garage in the middle of the night.
I also was intrigued by some of the information obtained from fellow students in the local neighborhood who described the tough times they have, especially considering the fact that average tuition to school is about 50K a year, and they house the students in a sh*t neighborhood that I guess surrounds this wonderful academic institution.
What is it with our society and the fact that we always put the poor with the rich in every neighborhood.  We have high rise buildings right next to crack houses, and we especially love to build sports arenas and universities in the worst areas possible.  If you don't believe me, ask any random Miami Heat fan from back in the day about what would happen if you made a wrong turn on the way to the arena. Or ask any USC student if they are willing to stroll around the neighborhood in the middle of the night.
Anyway, god bless this kid and his samurai sword.  Good for him.  He defended himself, and thanks to him, we have one less criminal out in the streets making our lives miserable and causing us to have eyes in the back of our heads to survive in this world.
Of course, because he lives in America, he now has to worry about not only being arrested, but at the very least being sued.  This is that wonderful time when random family members of the criminal come out of nowhere, talking about what a great person he was, and how he meant well, and loved his family, and are now seeking justice.......and a lot of money.
Here's to hoping the best for this young man, who god willing will go on with his life, finish college, and make something of himself in the world by doing it the right way, actually getting an education, and looking to obtain what he wants through knowledge and hard work.
