Sometimes you have to lose in order to win.
I believe I now see 'sacrifice' as being too strong a word for us to use in every day life. Unless you are defending our country in way, everything else you do in every day life should be considered more "risky choices" then anything.I once again come to a crossroads of sorts. Another road with two paths. One remains paved in certainty, stability and consistency. The other...............filled with doubt, intrigue and the unknown.
It doesn't always have to be a made-for-tv moment when a person reaches their clarity, epiphany and self understanding. It just has to be 'real'. No more REALITY TV here, just actual real life. And we have to live it every day, outside of the cameras, outside of the paparazzi, and outside of the limelight. (save that for the kids on real world 30 or whatever)
Its never easy being happy. Those with money seem to show that every day in the so-called news. I've come to a new understand of televise these days. An understanding that CNN seems very similar to ESPN, in that they both televise, promote, and provide daily information on rich people who can't seem to get their shit together.
So what about me? What shall be my 'risky choice' to make in order to be truly happy? My day is coming. Question is not whether or not i'm ready to make the sacrifice, its whether or not i'm ready to take that proverbial 'leap of faith'......................Well........................am I ?
